Un grand merci ! J’ai rarement eu affaire à un Service Client aussi compétent, efficace, rapide. Il y avait un problème de pièce avec le 1er vélo livré. J’ai contacté le SAV le samedi, jour de la livraison. J’ai reçu le nouveau vélo le mercredi suivant.
Les livraisons sont très rapides.

Concernant le vélo, il est facile à monter, stable, confortable. C'est un modèle que j’apprécie beaucoup parce qu’il est complet. Très bien pour une utilisation journalière. Certains éléments me paraissent un peu fragile ( comparaison avec notre ancien vélo quasi identique ). A voir dans le temps.
