Great item for the price, easy to set up, robust, very pleased.

The bench is ok. The clips are made of aluminium and all broke on first pulls, almost caused me to punched myself in the face. The bolt that hold the back rest on, has space that allows the back rest to slip side to side, really messes up posture/form and could lead to injury.
At first I thought it was going to be a pretty decent setup but I should have just got a power rack.
For $200 you get what you pay for and personally id avoid this one.
I like the concept but I am very confused as to how the squat rack is meant to work considering how short it is. The squat rack extenders should be way taller if anyone is going to safely pick up a bar from it. The tallest squat setting is at my hips and it should be at my shoulders.
The back pad slides all over the place as there is no way to secure it and it’s too light to be secure under its own weight.
